After washing the apples core them to remove seeds. Cut into slices. Do not remove the peels.

Add the sliced apples in a pot and put enough water to just cover them.

Slowly boil the apples for at least 20- 25 minutes till they are soft.

Place muslin or cheesecloth on a fine mesh strainer
